Notification for UPSC Civil Services Examination
Notification for UPSC Civil Services Examination is out for candidates who want to fill or apply for Civil Services. The last date for receipt of application is May 20th 2016. The Preliminary Civil Services Examination will be conducted by UPSC on 7th August 2016.

Who is eligibility for IAS 2016 Exam ?

1. Education Qualification for IAS 2016:
⦁ To apply for civil services or IAS , Candidates must have a degree in any discipline from recognized University and other educational Institution.
⦁ Those Candidates who are appearing for final year of degree and who are waiting for the final result are eligible to apply for IAS.
2. Nationality for IAS 2016 :
⦁ Candidate must be a Citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service, the Indian Police Services and the Indian Revenue Services etc.
3. Age Limit and Number of Attempts for IAS Exam 2016:
⦁ Age of Candidates must be between 21 and 32 year. Candidates age should be 21 years and should not be more than 32 years.
⦁ General Category candidates can attempts Civil Service and IAS Exam 6 time till the age of 32 years.
⦁ OBC Category candidates can attempts Civil Service and IAS Exam 9 time till the age of 35 years.
⦁ SC/SC Category candidates can attempts Civil Service and IAS Exam unlimited time till the age of 37 years.
⦁ Physically Handicapped candidates can attempts Civil Service and IAS Exam 9 time for General and OBC and unlimited for SC/SC category till the age 42, 45 and 47 years for General, OBC and SC/ST category respectively.

⦁ Candidates can apply for IAS 2016 via both online and offiline mode.
⦁ Candidates are Adviced to apply via online mode.

⦁ Click on link to ” UPSC ONLINE APPLICATIONS ” .
⦁ Click here to apply for IAS 2016.
⦁ There is two stage in IAS 2016 application form which you have to fill step wise.
⦁ Candidates are adviced to fill up IAS 2016 application form carefully.
⦁ Candidates name should be matched with educational documents
⦁ Upload your recent photo and signature in asked pixel.
⦁ Once done you need to make payment which you can do either online and offline.
⦁ For offline payment you need to take print out of the SBI Bank receipt to pay fees in the Bank.
⦁ The Printed SBI Bank receipt is to be used for payment of IAS 2016 application Fee.
⦁ If You’ve applied or applying via offline mode then you need to send your filled application form to mentioned address before the last date of submission of IAS aplication form 2016.
