Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the one of the most prestigious constitutional body of India. UPSC is authorized to conduct the various examination in which IAS (Indian Administrative Service), IFS (Indian Forest Service) and IPS (Indian Police Service) are considered one of the best services among the youth of India. IAS, IPS, IFS and IRS are also most choosed option for serving nation.

UPSC Background :

The civil service was given to India by Britishers in the year 1924 when Royal Commission under the chairmanship of Lord Lee submitted its report on Superior Civil Services in India to set up the Public Service Commission. This great move of Royal Commission for establishing the first Public Service Commission on 1 October 1926. The Public Service Commission was finally established under Chairmanship of Sir Ross Barker in the year 1916. After the Independence of India Public Service Commission made as The Federal Public Service Commission popularly known as Union Public Service Commission. The UPSC was given a Constitutional status after announcing the constitution of India on 26 January 1950.

UPSC Conducts Various Examination :
