Central Police Force Examination : The Central Police Force (CPF) is a group of eight police force of India which work for the security of India.The Central Armed Police Force is governed by authority of the central Government of India.

The Police Force which come under Central Armed Police Force (CPF) are Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Railway Protection Force (RPF), National Security Guards (NSG), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Special Protection Group (SPG).

The Central Police Force Examination is conducted by the The Union Public Service Commission every year to recruit Assistant Commandants in the Central Police Force.

Eligibility For Central Police Force (CPF) Examination

Education For CPF : Candidate should have degree in any decipline or its equivalent from a recognised University and other Institutions.

Age Limit For Central Police Force (CPF) Examination

Age Limit For CPF : Candidate must have minimum age between 20 years and maximum age 25 years as on 1st August of the exam year.
Age Relaxation For CPF : Candidates who comes under any categories as mentioned in rules are eligible for age relaxation in CPF.

Physical Standards For Central Police Force (CPF) Examination

Physical Standards For CPF : Candidate should have minimum Physical Standards as given in the CPF notification.
As per rules of Central Police Force, Female candidates could not apply for Border Security Force (BSF) and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) but now they can also apply for BSF and ITBP.

Pattern For Central Police Force (CPF) Examination

The CPF examination has two paper of objective type question paper.There is negative mark for every wrong question. Both the papers are of 250 marks each.Those candidates who qualify the CPF written examination will be called for Physical and medical standards tests.The candidates who clears the written examination will be eligible for Interview.
